As founder of TOSCA Coaching & Consulting, Tosca is a teacher/ speaker/ author and podcast host of The Unlock Lab who facilitates deep conversations and introspection. She customizes her content for each gathering to ensure it resonates and meets the goals of the event. Tosca previously worked as a marketing executive for world-class brands including Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Absolut Vodka, and Univision after earning her MBA from MSU in ‘04. She is a professional certified coach, with ICF accreditation.
