Frequently Asked Questions on Working With Jeff

I am very easy to work with. I understand you have a lot of work to do and headaches to deal with putting events together and I will ensure that I am not adding to that. I will make sure you have what you need from me, be where I'm supposed to be, adapt as required, and deliver as promised.

My fee includes everything except travel. Whether for keynote or breakout, it includes all pre-event calls, meetings, emails, interviews, research and resource acquistion, prep work, presentation development, customization, promotion, and if applicable, audience handouts, references, or takeaways.

Absolutely yes! I make it a point to learn as much as I can about the audience, organization(s), and theme to ensure that my presentation is relevant, engaging, and provides value to the attendees,.

I'll work with you, at your option, to create promo videos, magazine and newsletter articles, social media posts, and other pre-event promotional materials

I always stay in the area after the event, usually for at least the full day of the event if not the duration to be available to interact, answer questions, and support the client organization. If there are post-event activities that my presence will contribute to I will participate.

Yes. I'm happy to participate in VIP events, meet and greet, pre and post event gatherings.

Yes. I can adapt presentations to fit most reasonable budgets. More importantly, I am open to working with you to find imaginative ways to exchange "value for value" to meet your budget.

I will provide audience feedback reports to you. I provide bonus downloadable PDF materials to the audience for most presentations. I do not provide residual copies of my slides, and am open to recording on my presentation for limited usage by the event organizer.

I will discuss recording of my sessions with you prior to finalization of your hiring decision. While my material is proprietary I almost always allow audio/video recording and limited use by the organizer. If a licensing agreement for broader use is needed we will work out the details in advance.

$2000 travel fee (covers air/ground transportation, meals, and attendant expenses) and two nights in the host hotel (the night prior to and night of my presentation). If my presentation or participation covers multiple days, additional nights to cover those.
